About the Eden Medical Center Foundation

Established in 1982, the mission of the Eden Medical Center Foundation is to provide financial support of programs, services and capital needs to benefit the patients and staff of Eden Medical Center. Through generous gifts from patients, members of the community, our physicians and staff, corporations and foundations, we have raised more than $10 million to advance the health and well-being of our community.

Thanks to Sutter Health, the tradition of quality care at Eden Medical Center will continue well into the future. Their investment of $400 million will ensure that a new hospital is built, medical office buildings are in place, and the infrastructure is set to deliver health care in our community. But it takes all of us—through our caring and giving—to bring more advances in medicine, to bring a healing touch to those who cannot afford basic care, to give a gift of technology that otherwise would never exist in our community.

Yes, we do still rely on you to help us fulfill our mission. It is every one of us, giving in our own way, who can make the difference in someone’s life. We have one grateful patient who continues to donate just $5 when she can, just to let us know she appreciates the work of the People of Eden. Her gift, and the gifts of every person and organization, bring hope and healing to thousands of people.
