		<description>Hello and thank you for your question. The pier drilling will continue for approximately four more weeks, although you will notice a considerable slowdown for part of that time as the crews focus on an issue of underground water. 

The 7:30 a.m. start time allows crews to maximize their work time while following the County ordinances. We do appreciate and understand the impact on the neighborhood and are doing our best to mitigate noise and other issues. Each new phase of construction will have its distinct impact, and the &quot;alarm clock&quot; will likely change in various ways as the project evolves.</description>
