		<description>I think the decision to go with EHR is great. Patient safety is key. Actually I think patients should consider acquiring their own Personal Medical Records. It&#039;s great because there are companies that will obtain your medical history for you and in the end it prevents the patient from forgetting their medical history. EHR should allow for fewer errors in both the ER and the OR. One I am familiar with is MedeFile. They even offer a USB drive so you can take your records with you.</description>
